Crick Scarecrow Festival

The Crick Scarecrow and Music Festival is on this weekend 14th & 15th July and is set to be the biggest in its history with over 60 entries. It is open 10am to 5pm both days. Themed scarecrows to spot are Room on the Broom and 101 Dalmatians.

There will also be food on sale, a licensed bar, fancy dress contest for kids will take place on the Sunday only, judging will be at 3pm at the Crick Creates stage. Free Entry. Theme is Heroes & Villains.

Have a try at yoga, see the dog show, watch the Moulton Morris dancers and enjoy live music from 12 noon both days.

Visitors can vote for their favourite scarecrow and you can get a programme with all the times/activities for £2 with profits going to charity.

Parking is available at Crick Primary School, (entrance on Main Rd) on a first-come-first-served basis between 10am-6pm both days. Overflow Parking can be found at the Village Hall in Bucknills Lane and the Sports Centre Field on Yelvertoft Rd.
